Can u program a rev limiter to your car yourself or do u have to have it added into your e-mial tune

Depends if the tuner left that option open for you to play, if he did you can move it around, if not, you'll need or either a new tune or your current tune with that option open.

i want to be able to set the neutral rev limiter at like 3000 rpm has anyone been able to get this to work
