I'm not at all impressed with their customer service. I had an issue with one of my buttons not working on a device less than 2 years old, only used it a dozen times. Called up their service center (which is 10 miles away) and was hoping I could drop it off and get it fixed. They said they don't fix the units any more, the only repair they do is a broken screen replacement. I could mail it in and get a refurbished replacement for about $180.

FUCK SCT!
