Do you have one and how is it? I'm wanting a place for the Whippet to ride and thought that it would open it up back there for her, with the seat gone?:stooges:

So you're wanting to open it all up into the trunk area? May work. Most cheap seat delete kits are too flimsy for my liking, and if you make a durable one it seems like you're putting the weight right back into the car.

Shit why didn't my search work, maybe I can't spell?
Thanks! Not looking at weight saving, just a place in the back for the dog!

I got mine from American Muscle. Not worth the price IMO. Got to home Depot or Lowes and make your own out of some lightweight wood and carpet it with black carpet from Walmart or Autozone.

I bought one from MMR or something like that. Big bucks and it's been siting on a shelf in my vinyl shed for a few years now. I made a mistake paying money for it... I think it's too flimsy and not far off in weight to the real deal.

The pic of that dog is not cool. You have like, harshed my buzz. I mean, I may need therapy. You need to have a talk with the dog (not the wife) about what is acceptable in doggy attire. A cool hat? Sure. Rayban sunglasses? I'm digging it. But a fucking to-to?!?!? In pink? Oh god, the nightmares, the horror....

Yea I use to use it for my pic. on facebook, but now it's the Stang!

Thank you, thank you!

All kidding aside and back on topic: I have a Shrader Performance rear seat delete but it too wold be flimsy if you intend to put a dog back there. It's made of plastic and carpeted. If the intent is security for the dog and you aren't concerned about weight, then the plywood route is the way to go. Post pics up if you do it...
