First off I did a search for this but didn't find any results that weren't parts and that's not the route I want to go, I would love to convert to leather interior through the whole car but I have yet to see this being cost effective because a full kit seems to be at least a grand for leather seats.

So onto my issue, my 2007 mustang front driver and passenger seats are starting to show wear and have holes worn through them on the side bolster of the seat and the foam sees to be showing its age so that leads me to the question does anyone have a rough idea of the cost to have them fixed by a professional or would it be more effective to pull the seat apart and repair them myself. I realize interior upholestry work is a different animal than turning wrenches that's why I wanted to ask about it.

Okay that leads to my next question isn't the foam for the leather and cloth seats two different foams? I ask this because I am building a Stepside truck and the foam is different in that from cloth to leather

Maybe someone with more knowledge on this will chime in because I have not seen foam kits anywhere unless I'm not looking n the right place

Just buy my full front and back leather setup fully assembled ready to bolt in. Great condition. No rips etc. 40,000 miles and not kept in the sun. Always conditioned. PM me so I get an email if interested.

Only difference between the seats would be side airbags vs. non side airbags and obviously coupe or convertible for the rear seat. Foams are the same between cloth and leather otherwise. I put a take off leather kit in my 2011 that had cloth originally and it is one of the easiest upholstery installs I've done. There are plenty of vids on youtube of how to do it as well. If your car does have side airbags, if you go with a leather set, make sure they have the air bag tag. They have a specific thread along that seam designed to come apart if the bag deploys.

Edit: To add to this, what I'm referencing is 05-09 cars. 10+ had a couple different styles with different size headrests and rear headrests and such.
