The price tag is up there, but I wonder what the cheapest 1000 HP production car is at this present time?

Why, when you could just build your own for far less? I'd much prefer a shop like Lethal, who has a LOT of experience building these, to put one together, as opposed to Shelby who is really just selling a name. JMO.

^this, and given the history of shelbys quality im sure the shops car would turn out just as good/ better

Ya gotta have F U money to get one of these. I dont see an issue with the picture though. Its just creative advertising, I think it looks pretty nasty! Any photoshoppers care to get mine to do this for me. LOL

The new 1000 is pretty lame really. Anyone could duplicate the car for about half the cost and it would be finished out to their taste. Shelby American is now more of a "speed shop" than anything else. They work on Mustangs, Vipers, Camaros, or anything else that someone will pay them to work on.

I guess any ~1000hp street car would be badass. But if I'm writing the check for a new Shelby, I'll take an 8000 series please.
