Thats because they are asleep at the wheel, and buried themselves in inventory..Anyone can sell alot of cars in a short period of time, but its a cover-up if they are laoding up on trade-ins for waayyy too much $$..
He "should" be able to find a high milage GT at auction in the right area of the world, buy it online and have it shipped.

Ted, that sux - but at least your alright. The car is very fixable & would cost a lot less than a swap. bumpers, hoods, fenders all easy to swap. the rest might set you back 2-3k if you shop around.

This was mine 2 years ago.
I already had the Steeda front bumper cover at the paint shop before the accident so that wasn't included.
The total bill was $9,300 with only an outer tie rod end for suspension damage. I had none of the structural damage that we see in Ted's pics so I'm sure it would be much more than that to repair it.

As Roper said it's better to go the donor car and homies route in this case.

If you type " Mustang GT roller" on craigs or ebay or racing junk or even google lots of stuff will pop up Ive seen a few in the last couple weeks on ebay and various other places you just gotta look around the deals are out there. This deal right here is kinda high IMO but w/e works for you I guess depends on how much time you can afford to not have a car so that you can find the best deal. Hope you get everything worked out. Ill keep my eyes open for rollers since im in the market of building a project car anyways.

Thanks dude.. I didnt even know about this place and they are here! Please keep a look out for any old gt or v6! I hope I can get a gutted gt that way some of the things wont need to be changed.. I heard replacing the harness is a PIA

It will just be forever registered as salvaged and the re-sale will be near worthless (for a street car).
