shocks/struts school me a little

I want to upgrade my stock shock/struts to improve my ride a little as economical as I can but want the best for the buck if it means spending a little more, the car is steet with an occasional track visit, been doing the search and read but would like to see some technical comparison opinion or info if possible, Koni has a new SRT shock, Tokico has the blues and FRPP has their set that you can get with the pack or seperately, are these all about the same? does anyone know? (car is lowered about 1 1/4)

There is a set of the tokicos forsale in the classifieds. They were a good deal. Thats what I'd go with, but I am a s197 classifieds junkie,lol.
