Here's the review on those Auto Meter gauges. These things are seriously slick. You can use them to output to a data logger (nice) and use them to control things like lights and relays (double nice). So you can use a single sender for both a gauge and data logger (or stand alone ECU), or use that oil temperature gauge to control a fan for an oil cooler...

That does look a good bit cleaner without the sound tube, doesn't it?

Now I know. Makes sense considering the content. So, how'd you get in? :poke: SCC as i recall wasn't much about the domestic muscle.

Now off to read the update.

This Mustang was one of the first--if not THE first--domestic project cars.

I'll be there for hpde. Will come by and say hello...

Wish I could bring my son out there to try it in his quarter midget. One of the other kids from our club went down to Road Atlanta last weekend and took everyone to school- he pulled a constant 1.89g's. The nearest competitors were two Exocets (miata kit cars) that were in the 1.4's.

But even if he was allowed, couldn't get the logistics of getting both our cars there and watching an 8 year on a track day...

I will be there as well in hpde 3/4. Parked around the garage area, red f350 with a white enclosed and a orange 05 number 38. Stop by!

So your moving from 2 to 3 after a check ride? 3 and 4 is the same but 4 is mostly reserved for instructors, Its also used if 3 has a overflow. NASA group 3/4 is generally open passing with no point by's so be prepared for that. It seems intimidating at first but i think it works better this way.
