This was a blast! I got 4 of our local StangsofSouthFlorida's shutterbugs together and held an open photoshoot.
I managed to get the parking garage as a location. Here are a few of the shots, still running them through post processing:

I'll have to look for pics of the redfire s197. I only took 1 or two of each car. As for Pete's car, it sounds absolutely sick in person.

The equipment I used is quite an embarassment. LOL I use a rebelXT and the 18-55mm kit lens with three sunpak 383 flashes. I spent a lot of time in photoshop making up for the cheapo setup.

better equipment will probably not make much of a difference in the photos, a rebel XT with kit lens stopped down to F8 will probably not be much worse than a better camera and a better lens. Trust me, I've used and owned alot of cameras. :-D

How are you triggering the flashes? Just curious!

Thanks but I usually use a buddy's 40D with a Tamron 17-50 and the difference is quite noticeable. Plus the camera got wet a while back at a track event and sad to say its never been as clear.

I am using cactus v2's to trigger the flashes.

well yea, if there's moisture in the lens, it's not going to look as good as one that doesn't have any moisture in it, haha :-D
