Rest assured that there is no chance of that happening.

Having said that, you do need to gap them for your application. They come stock at .045.

How much were they at O'Rileys?

Go back and smack him over the head, I've NEVER seen a plug that was that close to the top of a piston. The plug would have to extend below the deck surface of the head with the stock gap (not going to happen).

Wow, that guy at O'Rileys better call Ford and let them know....:wtf: :screw: :laughlots:

If your N/A, I would keep them at .045. If you have s/c or turbo, gap accordingly. Most gap between .032 to .035 depending on how much boost you are running.

Oh, cool. When I ran the 100 shot--I still stuck with the stock gap and had no problems at all. On the 125 I still used the stock gap, just ran 100 octance Unocal so I could run more timing. When I went to the 150 shot, I gapped them .035 and ran 104 octane. I resisted gaping them down because my car is a daily driver, and when I ran the HT0 with .035 gap N/A, I noticed a drop in performance.

What size shot are you running??

Yep, I ran a tune that kept the A/F at 11.5-11.8 with the N20 engaged. With the 100 shot the timing was still stock, I didn't start backing off the timing until the 125.

To get my A/F where I wanted it, I had to run a fuel jet 3/1000ths larger then what the chart called for. (Example .038--I ran a .041)
