Strut & Shock setups

I have OEM V6 front struts & rear springs in my GT for weight transfer @ track, along with mods in signature. I drive on the street during nice weather. Looking to upgrade shocks & possibly struts & springs. What's everybody running for setups.

I went to Koni adjustables with Eibach Sportlines from stock shocks/struts on FRPP K-springs. SOOOO much better.

Stock springs, Strange adjustable struts and shocks. The adjustability is awesome, from loose for track to big stiffy for the roundy round roads. Lol

Drive it during nice weather around town & 1/4 mile track about 40 passes a year.

I would go with bmr springs and d-spec shocks and struts.

Yep, BMR springs and adjustable shocks of your choice should work fine.

Considering Lakewood or QA1 shocks. Any input on these brands? Should I go adjustable or non-adjustable. The OEM V6 springs are the same as CJ springs, so probably stay with them.

BMR springs and strange 10 ways, the strange are on the car adjustable without a tool.

Leaning towards Strange 10 way adj. shocks for rear. Should I change the front struts to Strange 10 ways as well? Why?

Yes as you will be able to dial in weight transfer.

I have mine set to neutral all the way around, I leave all 4 corners at 5. But I drive mine all the time and don't go to the track as much as I should

What settings are u guys using for the track with Strange 10 way adjustable shocks & struts?
