Hey how's It going , i went and installed the wideband today , got in and got the laptop set up to start the datalog , but i went ahead and noticed that the car felt off , and it would kind of choke on you whenever I tried to do the pull , also the boost gauge didn't read any boost at all , checked for leaks , no leaks all around , the bypass valve is working , and also the supercharger pulleys are spinning , what should I check for and what do you think I should do ?

I went and took it for a drive , on 3rd gear , I started pressing the throttle , and on light throttle it would make a couple of pounds but as I went further it would drop and the car would not have power at all , struggling to rev up

Well if your SC is in working order and you have no leaks, the only other possibility is your engine timing but I find that hard to fathom with a single overhead cam set up. I mean intake and exhaust valves are a fixed as far as overlap is concerned. If you're not getting any codes then I would check back with the bypass valve. The solenoid working doesn't necessarily mean the valve is actually closing as it should.

Not sure that below applies in your instance but sharing in case it helps...

What else have you touched/worked on recently? Have you removed the COPs or changed plugs? If so, the ends of the coils where they sit on the plugs can get pushed up into the boots and now the spark has to jump a gap which affects the cars ability to accelerate and generate boost. Symptoms are exactly as you describe. Somewhat difficult to nail down if you don't know what you're looking for. Feebay has new COPs which are relatively inexpensive (not sure what 2010 COPs cost but around ~$100 for all 8 for 2005 - 2009); especially compared to what dealers want. Buy OEM only. This type of problem often will not generate codes. Had to pay a dealer a diagnostic fee (~$180) to nail down exactly which ones were bad in my case.

Do you have boost? If not look for belt slippage…

Only about 1-2 lbs under light throttle , then if I go deeper in the throttle it would drop boost and choke , no matter the rpm ,

I went and with the car off I unplugged the vacuum hose on the bypass valve , pushed it and covered the fitting with my finger , then I let go of the metal piece and it was holding vacuum , when I let go of the fitting it went down all the way.

I’m gonna go ahead and check those and have my tuner check the timing as well

So boost worked fine before the install of the wideband?

The quote sounds like clogged up cat converters.

If you do have cats then unbolt the exhaust at the collector and see if it runs right. It will be loud but you can cross off clogged cats.

I don’t have cats , but backed up on me the day before doing the datalog and vent my passenger side axle back , could that be the cause ? I don’t think the restriction would make that much of an issue but it’s worth to check

With duals with crossover, probably not. Hurt performance some, but not what you got.
Next thought, lack of fuel flow. But that will trip the check engine light.

That’s what I thought, wideband is mounted on that side and it’s reading good AFR

Years ago on my 2010 I had the same symptoms when the crank damper failed resulting in belt slippage (single belt drive on the little M90 supercharger). The stock crank damper outer inertia ring (the part with the belt drive grooves) separated from the rubber ring bonding it to the mounting hub that goes on the crankshaft. Problem solved by replacing with an ATI Superdamper. A bit of a long shot but easy enough to check if that's the issue.
