Legend Lime GT Owner!
Hey all,
So I need some suspension help. I have a few questions:
1. I have a 2005 GT, can I put springs from a 2011 on? I looked at the spring rates and it looks like the front is less on the 11's than on my car, so I wouldn't want to do that. However the rear is about 14 lbs more (156). Since my car is almost 10 years old I would love to get newer springs and if I could slightly increase the spring rate that would be cool too. I know with the GT500 springs the car is raised, but those springs are also 166 lbs.
I have Koni STR.T shocks installed on the rear, and the same for struts ready to go on the front, however I'd love to build the spring/strut setup ahead of time so I don't have to swap the stock stuff. I hate doing that crap. If I have to, I guess I could just get another set of stock springs to swap on there.
