swapping trunks

im trying to find a v6 mustang or convertable thats willing to trade trunks with me...so i can have no spoiler. it looks pretty straight forward...4 bolts on top and switch...has anyone done this? thank

I just had a new trunk installed. Very simple. Might help to have someone to be there just to hold it when you take it off.

FWIW, you might find it easier to just have the holes filled. Most people who didn't get spoilers really didn't want a spoiler and trunk lids are hard to come by.

The people who would buy one of those v6 mustangs would probably never care about a spoiler in the first place. But good luck, i tried talking a girl out of her decklid on my old 2002GT but she just looked at me like i was a flaming retard.
