Inner bicep? That wasn't too bad for me. It really just depends on your pain tolerance, and how heavy of a needle your artist runs.

I just had my upper inner and outer arm worked on, and he had to add more to fix a total fuckup from the previous artist. It goes almost all the way into my upper armpit folds on both sides. That hurt like a son of a bitch, ain't gonna sugar coat that one. I do have some on my inner bicep, but it doesn't go that high, probably a few inches from the pit itself.

... Freehand? I'm diggin' the concept, but the workmanship looks poor. Symmetry is lacking, lines are inconsistent, and I'm just hoping the fill-job was intended to look like that.

I have one more session to go. Hopefully less than 4 hours. The crown will be redone, as will the rest of the backside of my arm. There is a skeleton key there, along with the last part of the filagree. Depending on the time, he is going to add something at the top to complete the look. That will mean that every line, and all the shadowing and coloring will have been completely redone. I cannot stress enough to make sure that you are going to a reputable artist. I liked my original tattoo, until this artist pointed out several mistakes, including a gross anatomical error in the two side skulls. That really pissed me off. He almost couldn't fix it, but ended up making it look really good. I was going to wait to post until it was completely done, but I decided to throw this up.
