The Touring axlebacks sound 1000000000x's better IMO!!!

Thanks for sharing!!!!
I agree and so does the majority of others that have heard or ridden in it.

Man I thought I must have worded this Thread Strange with so little responses.

Maybe Members are more into the Super Loud Systems here.

I agree; had the GT 500's on mine, saw a set of the touring in the classifieds, did some research on SVT Performance and a lot of people were saying they were too quiet which is what I was after.

Bought them from a S197 member, put them on and they sound very deep....much better than the GT 500's.

They also weigh 5 lbs less each than the GT 500's.

As we both know the Borla "Touring" mufflers are not Quiet.
They actually sound pretty darn Awesome on mine.
Glad you like your's.

Agreed

Touring sounds so much better. Thanks for the informative post!
Jeff,

No problem glad you found the Post to your liking.
I try to provide enough detail that others can actually See & Hear what is taking place with a test.

Thanks Guys for the Post !!!

Gilbert,

Your welcome.
I try to Post things that are helpful to others.
Keeps people from Buying things that they would not have if they had more Facts before hand.
I really like these New Borla Touring mufflers.
They will stay on the Mustang for sure and it is nice to be able to drive the car now anyway I wish.
Without waking up the World around you.
These are not Quiet, but they have the {Right} Deep, Throaty sound.

The ataks were LOUD! My kid would love it, lol.

I'm 99% sure I'm gonna switch out my stock Bullitt mufflers for KR's.
I have several Buddies that have the KR's on their Bullitt Mustangs.
I think Both of them are now going to {Switch} to the Borla Touring.
They are tired of the type of Sound the KR's have at WOT (Wide-Open-Throttle).
Yes they are older Adults and don't wish to have the attention from the Blue-Light-People. :mad2: :mad2: :mad2:

If you are a Member over on www.IMBOC.com I would do a Thread and ask that very question.
There might be some that will Sell .........
Especially after I did that Post over there on the New Borla "Touring".
Some of them as well as me are older and don't want the MAN to jump on us for basically nothing.
Meaning us taking off and the LOUD Exhaust making it sound like we are raising Hell.
I prefer to drive mine in an Aggressive Manner and NOT catch the Man's Attention.
If you follow what I am trying to say.

:clap:I put the Borla Tourings on my GT earlier this year. I was looking for a bit more 'noise' because you just can't here the engine with the stock mufflers. I'm quite pleased with the results and would recommend them to anyone. I too, did some research before I bought the Tourings including litening to the different Borlas' on their site. As I type this, I haven't even gandered at the OP attachment yet. Guess I'll have to check it out, LOL! Anyway, the Borla Tourings are the bomb!

I also am a member at IMBOC but, don't post much. Had a '01 Bullitt before I picked up my new GT. It was a great car that I had for 9 years and it never skipped a beat! The new GT has some of the same options the Bullitt had so I like to think of it as a Bullitt with no name. Great car! Anyway, thanks for the link!:highfive:
