I'll be careful. I'll drive it better then if it was my own.
Yeah, just like theBOSS?

I beat the hell out of my own car - and then a clean and wax it... I would not want anyone driving it like I do...

I like centris. Had a Procharger for over a year. Great unit but decided I wanted more and the P series had limited upgradeability. So it was a decision between switching to F series or try something else. Sold the P and am trying turbo.

You are delusional, turbos are where it's at! Pound for pound a turbo setup will always make more power.

That's not QUITE true... You have to specify "at the rear tires"... !!!

Between the blow-off valve, the waste-gate and the whine of the turbo itself, turbo systems just sing to my soul!

..

..

..

To bad I don't have one on my 05 yet!

I'm more interested in smoother power delivery across the rpm range.

The overall driving experience is what I'm into. I don't need a time slip to post on the fridge, if you get my drift.

When I was 17, it was all about the big number and whipping your balls out to show off. Now, I'm just into making myself happy...

I like both - quiet power some days - ear splitting BOV exhale the other days... Roasted tires and loss of blood to the brain due to accelerating G's every day...

Soon I shall have it:onfire: "Oh boy this is gonna be great!"

Looking forward to next racing season...

Ummm, even on an engine dyno, the turbo setup will produce more power given the same boost level. Now if we were talking about a lightweight driveshafts you would be correct.

I'm thinking of asking Nick @ Fastlane if he can mod his TT setup to run smaller turbos (smaller than the 54 mm's he runs now), so that they spool up at really low rpms, say 1800 rpm, and keeping the boost at ~8 psi to make a max of 430 rwhp/450 rwtq.....therefore making for a very flat torque curve.

I wouldn't do anything at 1800 in a race. My go pedal would be past that sitting at the start etc.
