So I finally found the vacuum leak on the car, my JLT catch can had a leak got it fixed and the mustang idles perfectly. About an hour of driving I feel the car misfire and stutter really bad and check light comes on. Now it's misfiring between 1800-2300 RPM higher or lower seems to be fine? P0050, P0059, P0155, P0300, P0302, P0308, P2195, P2626, P2629. Any idea where to start to fix this. Talked to a tech at ford and he said most likely my computer took a shit. Hope that's not the case. Thanks for the help

I've had something similar happen when my aftermarket intake tube slipped off the TB a little bit. Check all connections for your intake just in case.

I have to agree with VTXFrank...I see you have the JLT CF CAI.

Make sure you dont have the filter pushed on too far.

Code Descriptions for you. In order you posted them.

P0300 Random Cylinder Misfire

P0302 Cylinder #2 Misfire

P0308 Cylinder #8 Misfire

I would also suggest checking for a vac leak again. Most are Oxygen Sensor codes. The Misfire codes are on opposite sides of the engine. Look for something common like the Intake Tube!

just curious what exploded views of a rear axle, front sub frame of something, and a transmission pan(?) would have to with his check engine codes.

Now it's showing how to change spark plugs in a V6 Acura TL.

I guess you can't hot link to Alldata images!

Every time I log out of this thread and then come back, the code descriptions in Nitrostang's post change. That's strange...

So did you just talk to the Ford Tech or did you actually take the car to the dealer? Man, if my car were throwing 9 codes, I'd have that thing down at the Ford store ASAP. Is it still under warranty?

No warranty. I pulled the o2s and they looked like somebody spray painted them black. Check again for leaks put new ones in and it's been doing awesome, a few idle jumps and spikes but idles normal most of the time.
