I bought a 2006 gt over the winter. It has an edelbrock supercharger on it. Runs great but I’m noticing a ticking noise from the passenger side of the engine. I was almost sure it was a manifold/header leak. But I couldn’t find an exhaust leak. It’s not too bad seems to go away as soon as I give it gas off idle. Any thoughts?

A leak in the exhaust may trigger a P0171 code.. as the air/fuel ratio may be impacted. Any codes?

No codes, and it seems to go away when it goes above idle.
Exhaust manifold leak - possible
Loose spark plug (replace if confirmed) - mimics an exhaust manifold leak so possible
Seized cam follower - possible
Failing cam phaser - unlikely
Loose timing chain (failed tensioner) - unlikely

You really need a mechanic's stethoscope (or a length of rubber pipe as a substitute) to pinpoint the source of the ticking.
Are you sure the ticking actually goes away above idle or is it merely drowned out by other mechanical noises?
Start by checking the spark plugs 'cause that's easy and a quick win if you do find a loose one. You;d definitely want to replace it 'cause ithe porcelain would have already been damaged by hot exhaust gases.
