Tokico Warranty Info?????HELP

Hey guys,my Tokico HP "Blue" strut on my passenger side rear has failed and pumped all of the fluid out of itself, noticed some noise and it's nice and glossy coated in it's own fluid. Does anyone have some warranty contact info for them, I called them at the 800-548-2549 number and got a run around. Just wondering if anyone has any other contacts at Tokico that are easy to work with...

Not the best warranty support around... I actually BROKE a front D-Spec, and wound up going back to stock until my ASTs came in... World of difference there, too!

Not much you can do... While I carry Tokico, if you look around you'll see that warranty support is a HUGE issue with them, to the point that I often tell folks they really shouldn't consider them to have a lifetime warranty at all----and that's a big reason I use so many Koni's. Aside from the fact I feel they are better shocks, if you have a problem they are much better at working with you on resolving it.

yeah, after my experience this morning I pretty much decided to start shopping for new rear shocks, if I'm pulling them off it's not to put my stockers back on while I wait weeks or months for the replacements to show up....

Please let me know if I can help.... I recommend the Koni STR.T's a lot for an affordable, high quality (and well covered by warranty) setup. Similarly positioned in the market to Tokico HP/Blues. Those Koni's are $399/set, but you can get fronts or rears individually if you like.

get the koni sports from sam, even if you buy the rears first, they are awesome
