Took a little Latin Vaca - a few pics

Went to Puerto Rico with the family for some R&R - def a nice spot to hang out a few days and swim, sun, explore, eat and drink

yea, not bad for a smart phone - I hope to have some better pics in a few days when our friends share what they took with their high end cameras and my daughter gets her's uploaded.

Nice! I never saw that side of PR when Roosevelt Roads was open for the Navy...went to San Juan a couple of times but without a car it made getting around a challenge.

Gotta love a place where Coke costs more than the rum!!!!

I didn't even know there was one. If there was a race night I was aware of, she'd have been ok with me going, we were there with two other families so everyone had playmates.

No, not all inclusive. It was a nice trip. Not to far and easy to get to and home.

Awesome pics. The wife and I went to PR last year and stayed in one of those all inclusive places. I don't think that I have ever ate and drank so much in my life! Great place to make a get away.

I recognize the fort in the pic. We visted there one day. I have never seen so many iguanas. They were everywhere!

the fort is El Morro - the thing is huge and very cool historically

the pool area for our hotel had a handful of Iguanas that would wander around, one even took a swim across the pool on afternoon.

Nice my fiance and i stayed in carolina last year. beautiful place....shitty roads. saw a laguna seca boss at a dealer while driving around. medalla beer is the shit...our local stores started importing it soon after we got back.

My mother and little sister currently live in PR, I lived there for about 11 months in 2008, she is a Chief in the ANG and runs the medical part of the base there. They now live in Trujillo Alto in a community called Encantada, super nice place where you have to have a gate key to enter Encantada then another gate key to get into your addition. So while you were in Old San Juan I'm sure you became accustomed to all the homeless and the pigeons! They also drive like idiots there and mostof them just have a sour attitude towards Americans, besides the touristy places where they know you're just going to spend money. I will be going there Dec.17-27th for Christmas and again in Early February as my cousin will be getting married there.

EDIT: Oh, and a lot of the ladies there don't like to shave legs or armpits.

Didn't see any homeless. Pigeons yea, but being from NY I'm used to them.
