Torquing suspension components?

Which way are you supposed to torque suspension components? Suspened or loaded?

Always torque suspension with it loaded.

OK, this wasn't specified in any instructions for any of the suspension I installed Maybe once I get back home I'll do a mass re-torque on everything I've installed.

Always adjust suspension components loaded. If you did anything with the rear arms, recheck your pinion angle too.
