Not really sure where to go further on this issue. Issue has been getting worse for a while now where if the car is on and at a stop shifting into any gear is damn near impossible. Shifting out of gear into neutral sometimes takes quite a bit of muscling like its stuck too. It used to be mainly first and reverse but it's crept to any gear now. If i can get it into a gear, it slides in to the other gears normally as long as i don't let off the clutch. Initially, i replaced the full clutch kit with a mcleod street extreme with braided clutch line and a new ford pilot and dorman slave. Also had to replace transmission due to a worn input shaft as well. The issue went away for maybe a week but afterwards started coming back. I had to drop the trans again due to another reason and decided while i was there to try to replace the shitty dorman slave with a ford oem. I'm at the point where I'm unsure on where to go from here as it seems like everything has been replaced by this point including the shifter with an mgw. Cant seem to make the issue happen with the car off, which makes me doubt something as easy as shifter bushings, even though my linkage definitely has some play in it. This is what my clutch looked like when i dropped the trans the second time, maybe 4k miles on it. Doesnt appear like it has any issues with it which is why i only replaced the slaveIMG_6353.jpeg

It sounds to me like your clutch is dragging. You should be able to cure it by adding a shim between the slave cylinder and transmission. The thickness of the shim is determined by measuring the preload on the throwout bearing.
Do you really need the force of the McLeod Street Extreme pressure plate. That is a massively strong clutch with stout pedal pressure.
