If I had things to do over I'd get a combo poly/rod end LCA. I like the ones that have a port to grease them with so you don't have to remove the thing in order to grease the bushings.

What about these.BMR tubular A-arms are a lightweight alternative to your factory stamped steel arms. We offer them in two styles, standard and adjustable. Both models feature CNC machined rear pivot points, heavy duty 1.25" DOM tubing, and new ball joints sourced from Fords OE supplier. Unlike our competitors, these A-arms are also compatible with your OE K-member.

I have bmr a-arms, good product not a necessary part that needs upgrading its soley to drop weight. Focus on the rearend first.

But the noise in the front end is driving me crazy.When I drive on rough roads it sounds like it's going to fall apart.And the tsd says to replace lower arm assb will this stop the clatering in the front.Thanks for all the info.

my 09 had this issue come up.
they will end up replacing the front lower a arms with the new design.

Yeah if your sure its the a-arms causing the noise, i say why not up grade to the bmr a-arms. They are $$ new, i got mine lightly used for a great deal.
