Tuner can't turn on car ... Help??

So my car is at auto adrenaline performance at stafford tx and the tuner can't get it to turn over checked the fuel system it's not that so other than that could it be the spark plugs they are brand new ford racing one step colder. Keep in mind I just installed a turbo kit from S&h just putting it out there don't think it can be that any help would be appreciated greatly thanks!

Sounds like you have a currupted file in your tune

No the car is still at the shop he hasn't even gotten it tuned

He just put a base tune

You can still have a currupted file. Even if its on it. Same goes with any computer the file can be on there but when you go to open it, says it cannot be open because its currupted.

Are you talking about cranking the motor or it actually starting?

by 'not able to turn over', you mean it wont crank or cranks but wont fire?

Is the lock symbol flashing on the instrument cluster when the key is in the ignition and on?

If it cranks but wont fire and larger injectors are in, you can't use the stock tune. The tuner should know that.

Is there fuel pressure? Does he have it tuned for your injector size?
Anything get disconnected or cut during the install?

Wally did a tune for me and been running awesome!! He even opened up a few parameters so I can change them if needed.

Did you install the turbo kit or the shop?

i installed the turbo kit myself, but idk it has been there for a week and he cant turn it on... the only reason i went with him is because ive heard good things from his tunning skills....
