As title, it is looking like my fpdm's are failing causing my occasional starting issues and sometimes total no start issues. Car is supercharged 500+bhp and gt500 dual fuel pumps, I am looking to get uprated fpdm's as I would rather not replace with standard if the same thing is going to happen again. Anyone here using uprated fpdm's and of so which and where did you get them?

Thanks

I had FPDM problems earlier this year. Turned out my BAP was wired wrong and killed one. I realize you probably don't have a BAP, but I'd look upstream from the FPDM's for the problem.

There isn't a need to upgrade one. Ours handles more amps then the old ones. Sounds like you have other problems going to to make them fail.

Have checked the wiring and had a multi meter on each plug to that plugs in to each driver module, both show 12+ volts, when I tested the plug on the fuel hat power to one pump was 0 volts the other showed 4 volts, this is what leads me to the fpdm's being the problem.

Correct, I don't have a BAP read above for more detail.

I've got both fpdm from an 09 gt500 in perfect working order. Send me a PM if interested.

Will they be a straight swap? (pm sent)

Yeah, that isn't right. You should have 12+ volts at the hat. Definitely something wrong with the drivers.

Yep, when I re-checked my readings a couple hours later I had 12+ volts at the hat and the car fired up straight away!
I am goin to triple check all the connections etc just to be sure but my guess is the modules are playing up so will most likely just swap them out.
