Hello, I want to downsize my wheels to 16ins on my gt. Reason being I’m going to be running it in Rallycross and rally gravel tires are made in 16in at the largest. I have some 16in steel wheels in mind

Incase they don’t clear the caliper does anyone know how I can downsize my brakes? I’m mostly worried about my front caliper. I’ve seen people
Mention just get the V6 calipers and bracket, but will it bolt straight up?

Thanks everyone for any help

Calipers and pads are same. You need the smaller rotors and matching caliper mounting brackets only.

Correct, just swap the rotors and mounting bracket. Rears are the same on a V6 and GT so nothing to change on that end.

I have some '05-'10 V6 caliper brackets kicking around here somewhere.
If I can find them, they are yours for the cost of shipping.
