Yes and no, its a direct swap, but the head design changed over the years so you will need the correct gasket because your stock gasket may not work depending on the year.

The # holes in the valve cover change from 13/14 to 9 but the gaskets are interchanagble if you have the 07-09 that is. Otherwise the 05-06 are a different part number.

They are not new.. One cover has a slight rub mark in a area not easily noticed and it has been touched up. They are in very good condition

Fits 05 to 09 car.

They are a straight bolt on for your year...They are in great condition. They are the Ford part...not the cheapo's They have FO MO CO stamped inside.
