Very disappointing

I went to order a Boss Splitter yesterday and another company had it $30 cheaper. I asked the rep on phone if he could price match and he said he couldn't, being a previous customer I said that was fine but could you give me 10% or some sort of coupon code. He said he didnt have anything, Im sorry to say I just placed the order with another company.
