Yeah, I got a good deal. LOL Its not so much I can't afford stuff I just don't like to spend money.

Cuttin a hole in the hood! lol

Nah i went ahead and put it on like that to start the car. The drain was leaking at the oil pan like luke's was, so I rtv'd the shit out of it and now its all good.

Took me a bit to get it to fit with the bigger compressor cover. Here is the final result. Gonna have to make a new support bracket for it.

As you can see its really close to the idle pulley.

Yeah its about 1/8" inch away, once i fab up a support bracket it will pull the turbo up and away a little more. Took it for a test drive lots of condesation in the pipes from sitting for 4 weeks but after all that worked is way out it looks good just a little bit of smoke still from residual oil most likely, gonna drive it to work tommorow and check it out again.

evry so often mine will smoke a little when i get going but it will stop. what causes that? oil in the turbo?

At start up you see 90-100psi of oil pressure, once the car warms up it dips down to 30-40 psi at idle. So at start up you will get a little oil past the seals, thats normal.
