This was with a Fidanza flywheel which has a little more inside surface area than the stock flywheel does. You can see the difference. The lip will make a little catch when you modulate the clutch. Everything will work fine.

A search should turn up the older stock flywheel to use. There is one with more inner surface area and it's been posted before. Other than that your best bet is to use a McLeod flywheel.

I just measured the two flywheels I have in the garage. One is my stock flywheel and the other is an Exedy billet steel flywheel. The stock flywheel has a 7" diameter space in the middle, the Exedy measures 6⅛". Without measuring they looked almost the same.

Anyway, measure your clutch and determine the inside diameter of the clutch pads. If it is less than 7", I'll have an extra 6 bolt billet steel flywheel in about a week and a half.

Oh yeah definitely. It had a low 11 in it as it sat. I would be happy with a 10.50 after the new motor!

I know right, so If I had fuels power on the same day I should have been running maybe about 140. I used one of those calculators and for every mph trap I need about another 15hp at my weight.

Oh but you can. I have always wondered what my car would run, just didn't want to take it to the track until I had the trans and rearend built better also(3hr trip just to break would not be fun).

I'm curious, what did your car put down and are you still rocking a stock long block or is the bottom end built? I many have over looked it but thought i'd ask anyway...

Stock long block! My best pass got tuned for e85 at 2am the morning of the rental. It put down 460/490. My max boost on the dyno was around 9.2 at the track that day it peaked around 10.

Jason how's that truetrac? I'm wanting to upgrade the diff while its down this winter too
