While I was at my local ford dealer, my mechanic friend was looking in the computer for any manual transmission related TSBs and I saw the water leak TSB.

Some of you don't drive in the rain, and maybe you should to make sure your stang is ok. Both of my stangs leak and the water ends up in the same place, front passenger side floorboard and the box in the kick panel. When the 05 gets wet, the door locks start acting up.

I don't remember the number but it was just released. Maybe Casper can post it for us.

Don't know if this helps, but I had same problem and the dealership found that my cowl seal was not correctly installed at the factory. It would never leak say washing the car, but as soon as a rain storm would come I would have a wet floorboard. The body shop found it by doing some sort of water pressure test???

Mine was leaking through a bad window seal on the pillar. When the window closed, it was pinching the weatherstrip open. Take a look there too.

Dealer claimed water leak caused buy aftermarket accessory but now I see many 05-07 mustang owners have the leak. Replaced the SJB and did NOT INHALE/EXHALE data from old SJB causing DRLs to COME ON and keyfobstoi NOT WORK. What is the TSB NUMBER? If not here WHERE can I find it?BIGHANK

My 05 was leaking from a grommet that had wires running in right above the brain. Every time it would dew hard or rain electrical gremlins would show their faces. Ex.: CD player would only work with clutch pushed in. I used about a half a (large) tube of RTV to seal the grommet and the wires that came in. No more prob. Sux being outta warranty.
