I have a 2013 convertible. I’ve sealed the gaps between the window and the top. I had a leak in my truck and it leak into that back seat. I removed the seat and like I said sealed the glass to the top and that problem is fixed. I still have water pooling in the floor board. I checked and cleaned the drains in the cabin and doors. Where else could water be coming from??

That is a tough one. I don't have a vert but I do know that if you are getting water into your body control module in the passenger kick panel you are in for a world of hurt. Take a look at it and make sure it is not going there and put a cover on the car if it is.

So, a couple of weeks ago, I found a video online showing someone with the exact same issue. He suggested checking two things:
  1. Rear quarter panels: Make sure water isn't collecting there. If it is, the drains may be clogged and need to be cleared.
  2. Inside of the top, behind the quarter glass: There's a small piece of cloth held in place by Velcro straps. Its purpose is to divert water toward the quarter panels, but it can sometimes bend and redirect water into the cabin instead.
I'm looking for the video but haven't been able to find it yet. I'll keep you posted.

Ok. As far as the quarter panel drains, how do I clean/clear those?

So leaks from the top are good. Still got water in the front. I checked the cowls and grommets. All dry. Could it be the A/C drain? If so where is it?

Wow, I have a 2012 GT convertible. I live in Northern Idaho close to Canada. I've been in all kinds of downpours, and I wash the convertible with a high-power wand. With all that power I sometimes get a single bead of water running down the inside of the passenger window. I've always been amazed on how watertight the convertible is. Looking forward to seeing where you find your leak.
