what did i do?

so i pulled my motor yesterday , today i went to put it in neutral cuz i never did when pulling the motor (i forgot) ..
well the peddle went to the floor like there was no pressure , and i looked at the tranny and i saw fluid comming out the throw-out bearing,,, did i mess somthing up ?

i have a new one ready to put in , but want to know what i did lol ,,, thanx guys

Yep you killed your slave cylinder with no pressure plate for the slave push against it over extended
