I'm fixing to place an order with auto geek just to get me started.

Already have cutting/polishing pads and a PC.

What are some personal recommendations for white? Obviously it's difficult to get any depth out of it. I've been on other detailing forums but wanted to see what some of you recommend.

Order from autoality 20% and free shippin over $75 tonight only.

I'd go with CG Lava and CG Blacklight, it makes light colors pop.

I wanted to use up a $100 dollar gift card for AG but still got free shipping and 10% off.

I'm leaning towards backlight with v7 to get me started. Lava seems to be hit and miss but I'll assume it's because some people are impatient and don't let it fully cure first. I'll keep my eyes peeled on reviews though.

Lava can be grabby to remove, but so far all higher end waxes with decent durability. I mean pinnacle souveran buffs easy but usually only lasts about 2 weeks.

call early. They can fix it.

Called today and the owner is the only one that can fix it. The guy I talked to took my info and told me call to tomorrow to check up

Seer....quick question for you...

I currently use CG VRP and Bare Bones in my regimen....You mentioned a few days ago that those two products seem inferior to blue guard (Which I will be ordering after I exhaust my supply of both). What are your thoughts on CG G6? I always looked at it as a higher end VRP

Blue guard is best on trim. Its an oil based bare bones, so it lasts a bit longer especially through rain. blue guard is not meant for interiors, just plastic, trim and wheel wells. So it can replace vrp and bare bones in the exterior. blue guard is not a good tire shine. G6 isn't bad for tires
I like silk shine for a dashboard dressing over vrp.

I noticed the same. Nothing like Americana though! I thought it might just be because of the humidity, which I'm sure played a role in it, but thought without that it might be a little better since a lot of the reviews said easy removal. Guess compared to higher end stuff like you said is what they were comparing removal. Lava is supposed to be really soft right?

Take a look at Ultima Tire & Trim Guard... The stuff is amazing... For trim it can't be beat IMO. I use it on my tires as well and I can't tell you how much I love it.

good to see T got you sorted out.

That grime reaper can be dilluted for strength etc, because its very potent in concentrate form.

How long does this typically last? From the write ups it says months, but I'm used to things being exaggerated.
