so i had nothing to do today and i was at the drag strip last night and i decided that i would compile all my time slips. and all i figured out is that i suck at it any ideas on what i could do to get better times

You need drag radials,MT`S OR M&H`S that would give you a better 60`.

i would like to but i think a DS is going to be more fun. i have not even been able to go to a 1/4 mile track yet and see what my car can do on a good track. the 1/8 mile i have been going to does not always have the best prep and it is bad because you have to drive through a wet box no matter what so i think that mite be hurting my 60' a bit

You do not have a 1 piece drive shaft? Man tell me you have a safety loop.

i still have the stock 2 pice y do i need a safety loop when im not running DR and i only have a few bolton's i doubt im going to break it

Well you might be ok,you would not want a metal enema. I think you would be ok for now.I had a safety loop even when I did not run DR`S. The one piece drive shaft will give you a couple of tenths. DR`S would help more. You need the DS first AND a safety loop.

granatelli just bolts right up to the bottom no drilling required , and the " loop " is removable too
