Well guys my wife and I put in an offer this evening on a house we looked at. 2 hours later, they accepted our offer! If everything goes to plan we will be closing the 27th of February! Im super stoked for our first home!

got the mortgage ironed out with the lender yesterday along with the seller agreeing to fix all the necessary and saftey related items to the house that i wanted done. march 2 we close, move in march 12th. so very excited to get this processes over and done with and get in there and make it our home. ( also cant wait to finally have a garage for both cars but i got lucky and will have a third bay!

Yeah it's a good location too. I've got a neighbor with an 8 acre plot next to me. On the other side is a fifty acre pasture and in front of me is a large pasture. I only really have one neighbor.

Replaced the faucets in both bathrooms and the drain trap in the master. Did a little repair on the ceiling in the master bathroom. Have an appraiser coming out Monday and we're trying to spruce the house up a little. If the refinance goes through we'll wipe out all our debt. Aside from the mortgage payment.

Me too, probably sooner than later. Jaye check out Bills Tractor down here. They have amazing deals on Mahindras. Thats what im getting, hopefully this year. Gotta get the rest of the land cleared and leveled.
