What lower control arms would you guys recommend?

Looking for some good LCAs to help but the supercharger power to the ground. Some that wont be too too noisy and that will be good for street, drag, and cornering with no low maintenance. Any LCAs fit all or most of these parameters?

The J&M HotPart LCA's are great for street and strip. They use a different joint so that they don't bind in cornering, tightened up the rear end, no noise or binding, and you lube them when you install so maintenance is near zero.

I'd say to use our very own BBR Billet Lower Control Arms, but they have been such a hot item w/ both the hardcore racers as well as the street guys. We are temporarily out of stock. We're a few weeks out before we have more cut.

They are the lightest LCA on the market for the S197 cars.

I have BMR lower, they are a nice piece. Make sure when you get them that you tighten the bolts with the suspension loaded or it will pop under acceleration. THe BBR lowers are also a nice product, that would be my two choices.

BMR makes good stuff, but their pricing needs to be lowered. I needed new LCA's and an UCA with rod ends for use with the spool I'm putting in. I found that Spohn made the same quality parts, but much less expensive. I also like the J&M stuff for the street cars. Good quality, and less expensive.

CHE....they dont make control arms anymore...but you can still find leftovers on ebay....cheap too.....the quality is awesome

If you want quiet, make sure both bushings are poly. I have the Edelbrocks with spherical ends, and it brings the rear end noise into the car. Turn on the radio or open the windows and you won't notice it, though.

Yes you would need the relocation brackets also.

My car is not lowered and I still have relocation brackets. I have Che perfomance LCA`S,UCA , and the relocation brackets. Great set up. I would jump on them if you can find them.

No relocation brackets, but the pinion angle needs to be adjusted with the upper control arm. When you lower the car that much the whole geometry of the suspension is changed. I also have an adjustable panhard bar by BMR.
