what plugs to run?

getting ready to install the ttrim on the car. what would be a good plug?

ngk?

haven't pulled a plug yet, and to be honest, don't even know what style they are

They are similar to gt500 plugs except there are about 4-5 threads longer . A gt500 pug would be an 1/8" to short and electrode would still be in spark plug hole lol

from a couple vendors i have spoken too, the gt500 plugs dont work. Im guessing atm only stock plugs is the option? If you find anything that works please post it!

Also they look to be just like denso iridum plugs and if I'm not mistaken are iridum

I personally couldnt tell you because I havent researched it yet but I would think that either Vortech or Procharger would be able to tell you what they ran. I havent heard them mention that they changed plugs so maybe you will be fine with the stock ones just tighten up the gap a bit I guess. If I find out anything I'll post back.

Cough Cough from what I herd they are fine in blown applications due to the fact they were designed for High compression as it is ... but im sure plug manufactures will be on the band wagon soon. I know NGK is on a plug as we speak. so soon i hope

i have a Set of brisk plugs here for the the 5.0

2 steps colder then stock. If you need them call up here talk to tommy and i can get them shipped out to you or brandon.

Have you run a forced induction car before?

Depending on the boost, you may go 1 -2 steps colder and see where you are at. Of course your tune will have plenty to do with it as well.

Who is tuning the car with the blower? They should be the SME on what to recommend on the plug...
