9# now according to the guy I bought bought the car from. Measuring across the outside of the sc pulley on their now it's 4.25" . I know that's not the correct pulley size in SC speak and a pulley vendors website on eBay said you need to remove the belt to get the actual dimension?
Thought there might be an easier way.
Okay and here comes the dumb question of the day, how do I check boost psi?

05 Stroker, Are you saying that a stock motors internals can't take over 9psi? Or, are you saying that you need headers, cam, fuel mods, etc before going higher?

Back when I had my P1 it was as follows for my stock motor and Lts with ORX. Just for reference.I see 8psi on the gauge with my mods listed in sig (long tube headers and bigger cams with a tight LSA are supposed to bleed boost slightly). I am running a 4.13" pulley with a 70" belt (Gates #K080700). On a stock engine/exhaust this setup should net 9psi.
So max boost out of a P1 is around 14psi? Just out of curiosity.
Keep in mind that was just my experience with my setup, but a 3.4 should get you you 14 psi as long as your not over spinning the blower.I get that but I assumed we were going by fixed variables since you were referencing boost psi to certain pulley sizes.
With my mods listed in the sig I see 8 psi and some change at 6000 rpm. My pulley is the stock one with the kit. I guess I need to measure it.
Its been a long time since Ive seen a stock Procharger pulley, but IIRC the size is stamped on the back of the pulley.
