Is there such a place where you can order a 8.8 to fit our cars custom built to your spec? I thought about going with a full 9 inch swap but I think that might require another driveshaft mod. I would like to get a new 8.8 built to have 3.90 gears with some upgraded posi unit type (air locker etc etc)... I seen ford racing is selling two 8.8 kits. One has a 3.55 and the other a 3.73. I would like to get this took care of over the net without drama and shipped to my door step :)

I believe brenspeed has a deal going on. Check them out.
JPC gave me an excellent quote on a fully built 8.8 with a TrueTrac in it. I've yet to order, as I haven't put the built block in the car yet. It's definitely next on my list, though.

I wasn't able to find anything near the same level of "complete", not to mention the price was great. Not going to quote it, as it is now over a year old.

How much power are you planning on making?

The rear comes with 31 spline axles and if you replace the differential with a TuTrac or a Detroit Locker, and change the studs, the rear will be very strong.

I have a Trutrac in mine and it holds up well with 1.47 60' times.

When I had the 127550 cams I was making a little over 530rwhp @ 93octane on a mustang dyno.

What did you do with the 127550 cams? Were you the one that sold a set recently? I'd like to get a set.
