According to the Nitto webpage the INVO tire is quieter and gives a better ride but has the same wet/dry performance as the 555. The treadwear is worse on the INVO (260 and 220 ratings) than the 555 (300 rating). The INVO has an AA rating on traction while the 555 has an A rating, which explains why the treadwear rating is lower on the INVO (stickier).

Your F1 Supercar tires are already bald and you want to go back to another set of greasy Nitto tires?

You can read this C&D tire comparo also. http://www.caranddriver.com/reviews...res_take_on_the_michelin_ps2-comparison_tests
C&D rated the INVO's way down in 8th place (out of 9 tested), they liked the Hankook Ventus V12 (cheap $107/tire) and the Dunlop Direzza Sport Z1 Star Spec the best ($137/tire).

I have 555 on the back and invo's on the front. I got them slightly used at the sizes i wanted They are both good tires and like them both. I would go with the 555 over the invo on the back. They are simialr rated tires and the invo is cheaper in cerain sizes.

I have ran both of these on multiple cars and I would say the ride and noise is way better with the Invo's. But the NT555's definatly did hook better. I love the Invo's so much that my 2010 only has 3000 miles on it and I am switching them out already.

That is an interesting comparison test but a lot of people seem to be running Nittos around here, I'm assuming there is a reason for that..

Then again..maybe not :popcorneat:

I went with the nitto 555 on the rear for length of the tire wear and i was actually pretty pleased with my 60 foot.
