Made some sick power on the dyno today with the 2.9L. Stock manifolds, Offroad pipe, 4" pulley (10psi). Gonna hit the track on Wed to see how it runs.

You know you can subscribe to a thread WITHOUT saying "subscribed." :headscratch:

you can also laugh out loud without actually typing it on the internet, but no one seems to understand that.

enough hi-jacking. Jared could you guys just park that bad boy in my drive way and leave, no questions asked???

Did you guys upgrade the engine at all, or was that stock across the board aside from exhaust?

new pistons and rods were put in to get it ready for the 2.9 whipple. Let jared confirm that though!

I herd they were going to run the same boost on the 2.9 as the 2.3 to compare, with stock internals... Then they were going to replace rods and pistons and turn up the boost.

Chris,

We're still running a completely stock motor. We'll be doing the pistons and rods soon though.

Sorry guys but I'm not going to post dyno numbers or pictures of the install until after the article in 5.0 Mustang Magazine is released. I've got no problem posting any other pictures, videos and track times but no dyno numbers at this time.
