i have been watching and waiting for a "deal" on craigslist and it finally came.
M/T 28 X 10.5 X 15, less than 10 passes $150
found some 5/16 spacers which work great, but going to machine the back of the 15" rims just a tad to see if I can get away from the spacers.

Hping to see very low 8's or possibly high 7's in 1/8 mile.
