window question some one please help!!

i am a new owner to a 05 GT. my question is can anyone tell me why my passenger side window will not go up automatticlly anymore. it was working fine but after i took it to get detailed it has stopped working. it still goes down automatically with just one push of the button but wont go up. im confused, is this a common problem or is there a way to switch this option on an off an the detail guys done it on acident. any info would be awesome.
