Wiring harness bracket location

I just re-installed my engine yesterday and starting to route all the wiring harnesses back to their original location. One problem, I can't remember exactly where this bracket mounts. I cant remember if it mounts to the rear of the block or the cylinder head, supports the main engine/transmission wiring harness. Can anybody help?

That goes to one of the top 2 bellhousing bolts so the harness is secured.

Thank you very much 86GT351 ! I figured out where it mounted to the harness itself ( I had to remove it to re-wrap my wiring harnesses as the plastic loom was deteriorated). but for the life of me couldn't remember where the bracket mounted to. Thanks again.
