i had a set of those lugs you're running. they don't have much meat on the cone part where it bolts to the wheel(if they're the same ones), and may not even match the corresponding part of the hole very well.(can't think of the technical term right now). I noticed they were starting to hollow out the holes on my stock wheels, so I went back to a standard set of lug nuts with a much larger mating area.

I had no trouble getting the rear ARP wheel studs installed. I used a small 1/2" ID bearing between the axle and a washer/nut and it was amazing how easy it was to pull the studs through.

Did you have that wheel off recently? Alot of times even though you torque them down, after a few miles you need to check again.

Look at the seat on the wheel and verify they are not damaged. Also might as well verify you are using the right lug nuts (example, acorn seat on wheel, acorn lug nut, etc). All though I would assume you are as the other 3 are no problem.

As as everyone mentioned, replace rotor.

For a 1/2 inch stud I torque mine to 90, but I suppose 100 would be fine also. Just be aware that sometimes issues like these are caused by over-tightenting.

When installing my studs I didn't bother with a bearing but I put synthetic grease on a stack of washers.

The only time that wheel has been removed recently was when I went for state inspection. That was the wheel they took off.

I'm SURE they used a air gun to take off and put on.

The rotor was perfectly fine until then. The back drivers side is perfect. Id imagine it got damaged in the process of the wheel wobbling on one stud for about a mile lol

I'm certain that is where the problem originated then. I'd think the wheel is ruined, it should have had to wallow out the seats for the lug nuts to be able to break the studs off.
