After about 2 weeks of sitting I couldn't start my 2011GT/CS today, that resulted to jump starting the car. After jump starting, the wrench light came on, throttle was barely responding to the point that I had to floor it for it to do anything, but I was able to move back and forth. After sitting in my driveway with the car running like crap and looking stupid for awhile I decided to restart the car since the battery should have charged a little. I was able to start the car like it has a new battery, magically the wrench light ran away and everything returned to normal. Is that something I should be concern?

You likely have an excess battery current draw issue. Plenty of forum and online info/vids about it and how to narrow down where it's coming from using an Amp meter. Most often it's related to radio amps not shutting down or things like aftermarket LEDs people have added. In the meantime you can hook up a trickle charger when you're not driving it to keep the battery topped up. I have the same issue; still trying to find time to troubleshoot the offending subsystem.

Some have stated that turning the stereo HU off before turning the key to off will stop it from draining.
