You should probably buy the hardware and mounting brackets brand new from Tousley Ford, that's the only part of the kit that you'll have the most trouble with if it's all there. When I put my gt500 front end together, I bought the bumpers, grilles, headlights/foglights, and splitter used from various deals online and craigslist, but I had to bite the bullet on the mounting hardware and wiring pigtails...

Ill more than likely buy hardware new, just trying to find decent used parts before I order the list directly
