WTB 18x9 18x10 wheels/tires!!! Cash in hand!!

Looking for a staggered set of 18x9 and 18x10. I have up to $900 available right now. I want preferably black wheels with a nice lip on the rear wheels. Also want the tires to have good tread. But if you have something nice just let me know. Im in California..so cal. Let me see what you got!!

I might have a pair of 18x10 99-04 offset black 5spoke saleens(just the rims) for sale that would work with that tire size that Kenneth posted(i use the same tire size but by Goodyear). Just waiting for the tax return check soon and figuring out what I want to be spending money on. Rims have about 500miles on them and just thinking about change the stance a bit
